Update : COVID-19 (Reopening of the service and repair shop)
Following the Quebec government's announcement on the reopening of garages and mechanical workshops, your St-Hubert Toyota dealer will reopen its service and repair shop by appointment, starting Monday, April 20, 2020 in order to provide you with all of its services.
Rest assured that by the time of reopening, St-Hubert Toyota will work to set up facilities to be able to welcome you in a safe environment with the highest health standards. The health and safety of our customers and staff remains our priority. This is why we are implementing all the measures necessary to provide a service and work space that go beyond the recommendations of Quebec Public Health. Here are some of the many new measures adopted by our establishment:
• The sanitary services will be substantially improved and hand sanitizer dispensers will be available to all.
• A limited number of places in the waiting room will be fixed, which will respect the two meters standards of social distancing.
• To ensure a safe exchange of the vehicle, two systematic vehicle disinfections will be made. The first, on arrival, for the protection of the employees who carry out the workshop service, followed by a second, when the vehicle is handed over, to ensure your protection.
• The shuttle service will be temporarily suspended in order to provide you with a safe service.
• Only payments made by debit and credit cards will be accepted. No cash payment will be possible.
• The exchange of documents will be done by email or text message when possible (ex: copy of your invoice).
• Our ExpressLube service will be open (see schedule here).
We also want to mention that we will call back, as a priority, all customers who had appointments that had to be canceled.
