Many models feature sporty touches such as mesh grilles and rear spoilers, while every model is finished with grade-specific styling cues.

Inside, the 2026 Camry welcomes driver and up to four passengers to a modern, open-concept cabin notable for its refined materials and expert finishes. Toyota designers paid special attention to maximizing seat comfort and in-cabin conveniences to make Camry perfect for long highway journeys. Dual-zone automatic climate control is standard, as are heated front seats, power-adjustable driver’s seat, and a heated, leather-wrapped steering wheel and leather-wrapped shift knob.

 

 

2026 Camry Hybrid Nightshade Edition

New for this year, the 2026 Camry Hybrid Nightshade is a model that enhances Camry’s already striking appearance with bold design flourishes. Starting with the SE Upgrade AWD grade, this model adds unique 19-inch black alloy wheels and distinctive midnight black metallic details, including the front grille, air curtains, side canards, door handles, mirror caps, shark fin antenna, rear lower sport diffuser, and rear spoiler. This new blacked-out sporty appearance enhances the undeniable Camry vibe.

 

 

The perfect combination of power and fuel efficiency

Under the hood, the 2026 Camry offers an exclusively electrified powertrain built in two configurations. Both deliver impressive power for confident acceleration, combined with equally impressive fuel efficiency and low emissions. The heart of the system is the fifth generation Toyota Hybrid System, built around a 2.5L four-cylinder engine, high-torque electric motors, an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission, and high-capacity lithium-ion battery. Toyota engineers tuned this system to provide a more natural acceleration feel.

In front-wheel-drive models, this system generates 225 net-combined horsepower and a remarkable fuel efficiency of 4.9L per 100 km (city/highway combined).

For all-wheel-drive models, engineers deployed Toyota’s Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel-Drive system. This adds an electric motor-generator to the rear axle and boosts net-combined horsepower to 232 while providing precise, on-demand, front-rear torque distribution in response to driving conditions.

Specially tuned suspension systems enhance responsiveness and handling agility to make the Camry excel at negotiating twisting and turning roads. SE and XSE models have sport-tuned suspensions that optimize stability and handling while still providing a comfortable ride.

 

 

Intuitive Technology

Every 2026 Camry is a technology showcase – headlined by the Toyota Multimedia system. This bundle of smart connectivity technologies helps keep drivers informed while simplifying their lives behind the wheel. The Toyota Multimedia System includes a standard 8-inch touchscreen display or an available 12.3-inch screen. The system includes standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and pairs well with the standard Qi wireless charging pad. The Camry also offers a standard combination of five USB ports, with three in the front (2 USB-C and 1 USB-A media port) and two in the rear (1 USB-C and 1 USB-A) across all grades. Access to a wide range of enhanced connectivity features is also available. Toyota Multimedia allows simultaneous dual Bluetooth phone connectivity.

Adding to the already robust offering of audio playback ability with HD Radio, USB data and a SiriusXM 3-month trial subscription, for those who enjoy premium sounds during commutes, Camry offers a nine speaker JBL Premium Audio system upgrade on the XLE and XSE grades.

 

 

Safety and Convenience

Every 2026 Camry comes with an impressive package of safety features headlined by Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 – the newest configuration of Toyota’s suite of active safety technologies and capabilities. Its advanced active safety features includes: Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian (Daytime & Low-Light) & Daytime Bicycle Detection, Intersection Support & Emergency Steering Assist, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist and road Edge Detection, Full Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control with Curve Speed Management, Lane Tracing Assist with Enhanced Line & Road Recognition, and Automatic High Beams.
