40th Anniversary - Contest Rules December 2017 - St-Hubert Toyota
PARTICIPATION RULES
The "Win $1,000 for St-Hubert Toyota's 40th Anniversary" contest begins on December 1, 2017 at 9am and ends on December 31, 2017 at 11:59pm. Any mention of hours in this document refers to the hours in effect locally in the city of St-Hubert, Province of Quebec.
How to Participate
To be eligible for the draw, you must lease or buy a new or used vehicle from St-Hubert Toyota between December 1, 2017 at 9am and December 31, 2017 at 11:59pm.
Each purchase or lease entitles the holder to a participation in the draw. The participant will be assigned a number and will have to sign the participation form.
Participants agree to have their names and photo posted on St-Hubert Toyota's website and Facebook page.
Eligibility requirements
To be eligible to participate in the contest, participants must be residents of the Province of Quebec and must have signed the
By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by the contest rules.
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter this contest.
The directors, managers and employees of St-Hubert Toyota, their parent company and subsidiaries, suppliers of equipment and services related to this contest, as well as members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, father, mother, legal or common-law spouse) and persons living under the same roof may not participate in this contest.
The prize
- One of two (2) $1000 check (worth a total of $2,000).
The selection
The winners will be selected by random draw. There will be two draws and they will take place :
- Friday, January 5, 2018 at 12pm (noon).
The draws will be done via Facebook Live on our Facebook page at : https://www.facebook.com/sthuberttoyota/.
The winners announcement will be done in the draw via Facebook Live at the link above, as well as on our website and Facebook page when the prize claim process is completed for the selected winners.
To be declared a winner, the randomly selected entrants must be a residents of the Province of Quebec and must comply with all the other conditions described in these rules. Failing to comply with one or more of these conditions will automatically disqualify the participants and another draw will take place to determine a new winner.
The randomly selected winners will be contacted by telephone within three (3) business days following the draw. They will then have a maximum of five (5) working days to claim their prize. If the selected winners can not be reached by telephone within three (3) business days of the draw, the entrants will be deemed to have refused the prize and will be declared ineligible.
St-Hubert Toyota can not be held responsible for any failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.
General rules
5.1 Any form that is incorrect, incomplete, incomprehensible, fraudulent or contains false information, will be automatically rejected. Moreover, any participation or attempt to register using means other than the spirit of the competition (for example, falsification of the document) will be automatically rejected and could be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
5.2 The contestants and the winner s irrevocably release St-Hubert Toyota from any and all liability for any damage or loss that may arise from participating in this contest or that may arise from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize or which may arise out of any provision of services relating to the said prize.
5.3 The winners accepts the prize without legal or other costs from the Released Parties.
5.4 The winners authorizes the Contest Organizers to use their names, city of residence, image, photograph, voice, statement or presence for advertising or other purposes in connection with this contest without any time, media or territory restrictions and without any form of remuneration.
5.5 If the winners refuses to accept the prize, it shall relieve the Released Parties from all liability and liability to the winners.
5.6 St-Hubert Toyota reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel this contest subject to obtaining the authorization of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.
5.7 The Released Parties assume no responsability for the failure of any website used for the purpose of the contest or for any technical problems or malfunctions of any telephone network or line, online computer system, server, access provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or transmission to be received due to technical or other problems, congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination of these, including any damage to the participants or any other persons computer equipment that may result from the participation to this contest.
5.8 The Released Parties assume no liability whatsoever resulting from any loss, delay, errors of address, printing errors or any other error in relation with this contest.
5.9 The Released Parties accepts no responsability or liability of any kind in all cases where their inability to act would result from an unforeseeable event or situation beyond their control.
5.10 Personal information that is requested of participants in the contest will be used only by St-Hubert Toyota or a third party authorized by St-Hubert Toyota in connection with the contest. This information will not be used for any other purpose without the consent of the participants. By providing such information, participants consent to their use for the purposes stated.
5.11 A dispute as to the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for purposes of an intervention in an attempt to resolve the dispute.
